Athletic fit hunting pants?

I'll also recommend the kuiu attack pants. Only thing is if you get into multiflora rose or other heavy thorns they don't offer much protection and durability wise they are only moderately okay when it comes to that stuff. But man they fit nice, feel great, the stretch makes them easy to walk in, the water resistance will keep you dry in snow or some dew, and the side zips are amazing.

If you don't mind spending big bucks, First Lite Obsidian hunting pants fit like the proverbial glove. Best fitting pants I've ever worn.
I also would love to 2nd this , really a solid pant but for $180 list (obsidian merino) , I would tell friends to get a nice merino base and use what you have . Probably one of the best pants ever for the West. eastern whitetail hunts; I tend to find too many burrs , brambles and briars. It’s a mid sept to Oct hunt pant for me or just using for outdoors in general .
I think I got my solid color version for $120
anywho I miss deer regardless of what pant I’m wearing .

hope to hear about Furloh or Gulch options; for over $100 a piece I’m going to look more into US made

Sitka is expensive but has that sort of cut. I find my Downpour jacket hard to layer under as a result but might work for you.

Already been mentioned but the eddie bauer guide pros are my go to. The horizon guide pants are tighter at the ankle than the guide pros. There are slim fit versions to both of them though. I've got first lite kanabs and corrugate guide pants and sitka mountain pants and the EB get worn the most.

King's Camo Preacher pants when you can get them on sale. Bonus is they have the removable knee pads which are great. Can't find the Wrangler ones in tall sizes otherwise I'd be all over those.

Prana Zion, Kuiu Attack, Sitka Timberline, First Lite Sawbuck / Corrugate / Obsidian.

What are your go to colors for these? Hard to tell a difference on line.
Don’t buy from Walmart online they use sketchy sellers and you may get men’s chinese dress pants. Ask my how I know?

I have 6 pair of these because I like them so much. I wear them for work and have been wearing for Turkey hunting and early season deer hunting. They are not dead silent but not loud either. Light weight, stretch, water repellent. Costco 33D5F4FA-17E9-48D4-955B-4D87174E5EDE.png

I also have 2 pair of Orcis outdoor pants from Costco as well and they are also good.0

The unforseen bonus to the stretchy pants for me was since I wear boot/chap in the rolled down position 99% of the time, the stretchy pants material stretches over the clump of chap material and forms a tight seal that helps keep out ticks/chiggers..with the chap and pant treated with permethrin I find dead ticks that fall outta the clumped up chap material.....also quiets chaps down to almost zero noise.

Do you use Yoder chaps?

I’m 5’11” with a 34 waist “skinny”. The scentlok mid season pants I got are not tight on the waist but somewhat snug on my twiggy legs. Don’t let the wrinkles fool you, where it’s not wrinkled, it’s probably touching my skin. I can wear 2 base layers but I doubt I could wear sweats or jeans under them. 13AECF67-24BE-431B-8418-74332CEC2A17.jpgE4DB0C76-BDBE-412B-A642-9DC33AC6C9A5.jpg

If solid colors are okay, I find the 5.11 pants to be a good fit without a lot of extra room. Well made, thoughtful pocket placement and generally pretty solid. Made more for tactical wannabes than hunters but a good all around pant that works well

Do you have a boomgars near you? I think it's a regional retailer. Anyhow they have work pants branded "knoble" and they are a good pants. Stretchy but tough. Solid colors that will work for hunting. Plenty of pockets including one just for your phone. You can find them online I think as well.
