Has anyone purchased from here?

I ordered 50 foot of oplux on dec 24th and nothing. I call them and it goes to a voicemail that seems like a personal voicemail.

I emailed them and got a response 10 days ago on 1/7/2020 saying my order was being shipped that day and they would send me the tracking...here we are 10 days later and nothing no product no tracking
