A real easy come home from work and have it ready meal is this.

If you are like most, in a big hurry in the morning to not be late for work. Prepare this in the crock of the slow cooker and put it into the refrigerator the night before and take out and put it on to cook before you leave and it will be done when you get home.

Take enough back strap, or you can just use any part of the deer meat you want, to feed however many will be eating. Cut it into bite size pieces. Spray your slow cooker with Pam etc. or wipe a film of cooking oil on it's inside for easier clean up latter.

Put into the slow cooker a can of cream of mushroom soup undiluted. Drop in the meat and mix coating all the meat. Turn on the slow cooker to low and let cook 8 to 10 hrs. Just before you get ready to eat make up some instant rice, I like brown rice. Make a bed or the rice on a plate and spoon on the meat and gravy. It is tinder as could be and tasty. You could use a bed of cooked pasta also.

My wife makes sour dough bread all the time and it goes really well sopping up the gravy.
