Whoever posted this code I love and hate you all in one. With that said the wife now has a new bino harness and I have a set of the Pyre bibs coming!
 
I had just ordered the Calor and ascend pants. Sent them both back for the pyre bibs as well.
 
I got lucky, kept the Ascend pants and told the wife the bibs were from her for Christmas lol
 
I got my pursuit pack in, could not be happier! It's super light and with the exterior straps I'm able to carry my perch underneath and WEI stepps strapped to the back. Next hunt I'll get to my tree, take my stepps off the pack and put my bow in their place so I can ditch my haul line.

Getting mine tomorrow. Oh yea have a feeling I should of just went with sitka. But damn that 1000 dollars. And the badlands was around 300

I'm hesitant in purchasing the Pyre stuff. I bought their Badlands so called cold weather bibs and jacket 2 years ago and was highly unimpressed with them. Now, I love pretty much all my Badlands gear due to the lifetime warranty but this was one purchase I feel like I got ripped off on. I think Badlands has the summer, early and mid season gear down. It's the late season (freezing temps) gear I think they still need a lot of work on. Idk maybe the Pyre stuff is finally what was needed.
 
They are loud period. Louder than the incinarator I had and to me those were loud. Going fanatic route. That is very true what you said about the late season though

Pyre set. Also got the merino hoodie with the ninja face mask that will also be going back. Bought the boot gaiters I'll be keeping. Finally a beanie and facemask I will be keeping for mid season. I totally thought it was for late but guess wrong
 
Only thing I can compare the noise too are the Columbia parka jacket that are water proof just a bit less noise.
 
I’d love to hear other’s opinions on the pyre noise levels. I was about to order them and then saw the comments.
Anyone else displeased with the noise?

Got the pyre bibs in yesterday. Put em on and walked around the house, and they didn’t seem overly noisy to me. That said, I returned them for a medium as the large swallowed me (5’9” 185lbs). Hopefully the mediums get here before I go this weekend, and I can try them out in the field. They did seem like they were going to be plenty warm... for SE Oklahoma anyway.
