Has anyone purchased this bow yet? I've been a follower of The Hunting Public for a few years now, and man it amazing to see how far they have come!
The bow, I've had "The Truth" since 2008 and it still shoots great with ZERO issues. But its like I just want a new bow feeling... lol

Any thoughts or first hand experience with the Adapt bow?

I ordered one direct from Bear Archery on July 28th. They are currently waiting on grips and aren’t sure on when orders will ship. Sucks but hopefully it comes soon. I’ll make sure to post a review once I have it tuned and dialed in.

awesome! what are you planning on putting on it sights and rest wise?

did you use the 10% off - I seen when they launched they had them posted for 429 now they are up to like 479

Just talked to my local shop and they have a few instock. I'll be headed there tonight or tomorrow!

If I wasn’t already spoken for, I’d date her. Not sure if I’d take her home to meet the family though. But hey anything’s possible.

I see that. Saw the hang tag he has says set to 29. So do you need a different module to adjust it? Or can you do it your self.
I don't know personally about this bow but thp guys said specifically they wanted an easy to tune bow...lots of other bear are adjustable without a press

I’ll shoot this tomorrow and dial in this Sight! Excited about this thing. So far I love the feel. It’s set at 70# but pulling 71 on the scale. Wasn’t able to get the speeds.

So you can adjust the cam for length then. No special tool or Different block.

In your close up picture of the cam It looks as if the cam may have a “timing mark” where the cable comes up off the draw length module and it’s centered on that small opening (at the 9 o’clock position) Not sure what the manual says but one great feature of single cams is that as long as the cam is positioned correctly on that timing mark, you should have perfectly level nock travel and as long as you are shooting the correct spined shafts, this bow should be very easy to tune and stay in tune thereafter.

Sight - trophy ridge fix 3 pin

Rest - trophy taker smack down lock up

Stabilizer - 8” trophy ridge hitman

Peep - G5 metapro

Quiver - TruGlo lockdown

Arrows - Sirius Apollo’s, 250 spine. Will probably be around 550-600gr.

29” draw 70lbs is what I shoot with my current Hoyt so I’d imagine I’ll land in that ball park.

Yes I used the 10% off promo.

Still no word on when it will ship.

I paid 459 at the bow shop so not too bad. And they had 15%off all accessories this weekend - saved me some money.

I may look at some new arrows soon!

I took a closer look at the picture of the cam on the adapt. The timing mark is the line at about the 11 o'clock position on the cam where the cable comes down into the cam. Yes @MattMan81 it looks as if the draw length is adjustable with the module already on the bow. Nothing extra exccept an allen wrench or whatever.

I also posted a video on Youtube - R&J Breaks is my page. I cant view YT at work lol or I would post the video link
