Beast sticks

Well, I bent a standoff on the beast sticks. I guess they aren't kidding when it says 300lbs weight limit. I was hopping up and down on it pretty good, but I guess I need to lose weight or figure something else out!

I am just now getting around to putting my sticks together. Stripping them up and all. I started last night. I will get it done this Saturday.

Did you need to cut out ware the steps go to fit ??

I did not. I put on stealth strips and then cut open the bolt holes. When I started tightening the nut it sucked the step down. It is a snug fit. Just as you tighten make sure the step is lined up

Same for me, very snug. When you cut the places for the bolts you can heat up an exacto knife with a blow torch and it cuts a nice clean hole like butter. Melts the edges too, which seems like it will prevent them from peeling back with wear and tear.

I actually cut all the holes out this way. I could lie and say it was for weight savings or some other functional benefit, but honestly I just did it because it looks cool haha!

It does look cool, but I wasn’t going thru all that work. Lol. I used an old swhacker broad head to cut the holes. Worked well.

Thanks my sticks should be in the 2 week of November with option 2 from the hunting beast I hope!!!

I put stealth strips on mine tonight. Man they fit together super tight. Kinda liked them better before...:hushed:

The beastgear website recently changed. Looks like now you will be able to buy beast stick parts. Steps are 15.00 and standoffs are 20.00. I wonder how much the steps weigh

Guys wanting to cut the holes once stealth stripped.
Get a $4 soldering pen @ Harbor Freight tools.
Took 30 min for for 5 stealth stripped sticks.

Where a heat resistant glove it gets hot!
