I'm looking to get a boat of some kind this next year mostly for solo duck hunting, but possibly some fishing and other water activities. I want to be able to get out when the family isn't able or doesn't want to go out.
My requirements are that it be light and small enough to pack away by myself and fit either on or in my SUV. I don't need a motor, and I don't have a hitch on my SUV.
I don't plan on hunting directly from the boat, I can easily set up in reeds, but I need to be able to get to where I need to. With something like the beavertail sneaks I could see it being a possibility. It's not only compact but also has a larger weight limit than the 10ft kayaks I was looking at.
Does anyone have experience using the Beavertail sneak boats?
