Best for your money single bevel broadhead…wanna try singles and fixed this year don’t know if I should go straight to ironwill or not… saw DRT Nap those seemed solid..

i shoot a 566 grain arrow 260 FPS from a 73Lb bow

I shot a small doe with a dirt nap single bevel, similar arrow weight, slower, and 60lb. Pass thru and good blood. Blades were damaged. I put it on the shelf for a momento but I think if I mail it to them they will send another.
I like the solid 1 piece design better. I think cutthroat are the least expensive but don't hold me to it

Cutthroats are great heads. Quality steel, edge chatter is minimal with bone impact, easy to sharpen. I’m also a fan of the Meatheads and I know of 3 deer that fell to the Grizzly Stick Samurai Overkill.

I don't have much experience with different styles of single bevel broadheads but I bought a set of cutthroats and I really like them so far.

If you buy cutthroats I HIGHLY recommend paying the $5 to get them sharpened. I'm a big fan, but it was hellatious getting them "ranch fairy" sharp.
I never had a problem sharpening them. 400, 600, and 800 grit sandpaper and they were hair popping sharp. The bevel is super easy to follow

Maybe I got a bad batch where the bevel was off/inconsistent, but I had to buy the diamond plate kit from KME to get anywhere. Even emailed KME after it was still slow going and got some tips, but it took entirely too long.

I shot helix last year which was my first year with single bevel. They seemed to work well for me. Durable but a bit odd to sharpen with that sharp angle. I like them but will most likely try out a 3:1 this year or next due to ease of sharpening.
