I had this procedure completed on February 6. Has anyone else had experience with this? If so what was the timeline before you were able to resume shooting your bow. The surgery was on my right arm and I’m right handed.

Talk to your surgeon and try to get refered to a physical therapist. With my insurance last year the PT was stupid cheap, under 5 bucks a visit. I know every insurance plan is different but its at least worth looking into. You dont want to repeat a surgery...

My injury was on the job (I’m a Fort Worth Firefighter) I’m in therapy now. Just wondering want to see what others have experienced?
