I bought a fair amount of items from Big Jim's Bow Company Website 12 days ago and have yet to receive any shipping confirmation or tracking number. It shows that the order is still being processed. I have contacted them by phone and email with no response. Is this par for the course for these guys or is this uncommon from y'alls experience. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little annoyed. I like to buy from small businesses but when the communication and services are lacking it makes me second guess buying from places like this again. I also understand that shipping has been extended in a lot of places but I don't understand a 2 week processing time unless some of the items I purchased are back-ordered. I wish they would get back to me soon so I don't have to go through the pain of canceling and buying from somewhere else. I've heard nothing but good things from these guys which is why I chose to buy from them.
