Biting the bullet

@Nutterbuster put out a great video on YouTube about turkey seat. Might not be for trad enthusiasts but looks awesome at 225 I might pick one up.
Do you think with a cant that a 64” bow is completely out of the question? I mean, I’ve shot deer with a 64” bow from my knees. That is probably even lower to the ground than being in the seat.

My guess is it is manageable to shoot a longbow from the turkey seat. With the lower profile, I might make the switch.

Does anyone else think pivoting left and right is slightly more difficult when lower to the ground. I’m sure there is some forgotten geometry that explain or prove it, but I’m just thinking to my time in a turkey chair and beach chair which is mischievous lower.

I am staying with the taller seat. I need to be able to stand up quickly without a lot if fuss. I have had a few ocations where I could not get a clear shot while siting. But standing up taking a couple steps to the side I was able to get off a shot.

I shoot a 64" Widow from a turkey seat. You can do it too.

Ordered from Amazon Thurs. and will be here Wed.

Ordered Thursday. Mine came today. The box looked like it was dragged behind the truck all the way from GA. Luckily all was well with the chair.
