Are there any issues with bolts falling out of the xbow when moving it around, or when hanging the xbow in a tree? Not sure if it's xbow specific or not.

Here's another thumbs up for the Hickory Creek Mini. It has a full capture rest and uses clip on style nocks. I haven't heard of anyone losing a bolt in a crossbow though at hunting height while aware of where they're moving the bow. I'm assuming the spring is strong enough? I guess that's part of the reason we carry backups too!

All current crossbows should have some kind of holder of some type and safety features that the bolt is held in by brush or clip or full capture feature that way it can not be fired if not engaged
