I recently picked up a Barnett XP400 that has 200lb draw weight and 400fps. This being my first crossbow, i was hoping you guys could point me in the right direction regarding what weight bolt i should use? I plan to use 100grain Rage Hypodermic with them.

Bolt Weight?

It states the testing was done with 380grain bolts. As this is my first bow, i assumed i could use heavier weight at the cost of speed.
