Yeah buckle one of the top straps through the game bag handles and they look like they won't go anywhere. I was going to buy the argali bags, I've been eyeing their new hot tents as well for Alaska trips, and western MD. Two very similar climates lol

I finally used one of these game bags tonight packing out a deer with my new 38. No difference in packing with the 38 vs 28. I hooked the game bag straps over top of the handle & that really helped. Waaaay better than quarters poking out of the bottom. Pics in a few

Yeah, thanks to this thread I couldn't resist any longer. I had good self control last time they were up on camofire, but I pulled the trigger on a large MR 38 this time.

Based on the fact they are rerunning sales and the only one they are selling are unpopular size. Might be finally running out of stocks. Its basically them getting rid of inventory because they are being replaced by the the PU30 and 40

you are correct but they apparently found some more stock. They have the 28 in camo back in stock for all sizes.

Wonder how long it will be before all these 28’s and 38’s are up for sale here on SH classifieds. LOL. Everyone will be chasing the 30’s and 40’s once they see the challenges with the 38. Will probably start happening before next season even begins. Kind of predictable, no crystal ball needed!

Another bonus. The middle frame section can act as a molle roll! I needed just a little more storage. You can use others pouches too. Actually a Predator pack would fit perfectly.

Thinking about getting these to act like Eberlestock batwing but honestly dont need THAT much more storage.

I opted for the MR Pop Up 38. I would rather have a little too much space than not enough. Especially for winter clothing. Additionally, I occasionally do some backpacking and was hoping I could use the mystery ranch for some one or two night trips. I filled my 30 L dry bag with, my synthetic quilts, tarp and hammock, and stuffed my clothing, food, and cook kit in the mystery ranch pack. The 30 L dry bag rides perfectly on the meat shelf. Going to take it for a dry run this weekend, but it looks like it should be up to the task nicely.
