I have been looking at the 90x for a couple months wanting to pull the trigger for a system. Anyone have one and use them.

I don’t know if mine is called the 90x or what the differences are, but I have the older model that looks almost identical. Been using it for close to 10 years. It stays on my back porch. I cook outside a lot. It is a great unit. Just stay away from the bbq grill attachment. I ended up getting one and it ruined my 90x. It traps too much heat under the grill and drips grease all over your burners. Which eventually ignites. Which over heats your paint and chrome metal top, which leads to everything rusting out. My burner would still be in top shape if it wasn’t for that darn grill attachment.

So your saying stay away from grill box but everything else is good. I like the idea of being able to do cast iron and grill and griddle all in one unit. They even have a oven for them. Biscuits for breakfast at camp would be awesome.

Yes. The grill box worked. Used it for a year but it destroyed my cook top. I bought the luggage bag for it thinking I would store it but I never did. Always kept it out under the porch and used it regularly. Just folded it up when I wanted to take it camping. Didn’t need to put it in a bag. I have a cast iron griddle plate that I used a few times. It worked ok but catching all the grease was a problem. I rather just use a big skillet.
But yeah, the cook top is great. Much better than any other I’ve used in the past.
