My mother has this in FL , which she purchased to sew an awning project. Based on that use. I am sure it can handle saddle / webbing gear.
Not the best pic but it has a heavy duty table w/ a foot pedal rigged with it.
Hope someone recognizes the machine and I’ll research from there....

It looks a lot like a Singer 591. It's not made for heavy materials, but it may do what you need.

Ah ok thanks @4090Sharps . That looked similar to me but i can see its different now.
I'll get my brother to dig under the moving blanket next time he stops in.
