I think this is the end of the 5th week for me. Looking forward to hearing something soon.
 
Same here. I ordered March 9th. It's been six weeks.

I have no business complaining since I can't hunt till fall anyway. But, I am really excited about it and the suspense is starting to get to me.
 
I'm not sure if they are even in business. I have an order (not the ION) that's been waiting for weeks as well. No followup communication on the order status and no way to contact them on their site.

I'm anxious because this is going to be first "one sticking" attempt and based on what I hear and read, it takes some practice to master.

Did you ever hear from them? I am also waiting on some amsteel to be shipped. It's been a week since my order and nothing but crickets. Emailed twice now with no response. I knew I should of ordered from EWO.
Never mind they just got back to me. Shipping today

I already received a response...
" Sorry for the delay on the ions. We've had a few big hiccups that have set us back, but we have most of the ions at coating. All other products are on hand. Once the ions are finished up at coating, I'll start putting them on the trucks. Sorry for the delays."

I had previously escalated it through PayPal and they did respond saying they overlooked the order and would ship it out asap. But I have yet to receive any tracking info or email stating it's shipped. If it doesn't show up in a few days I will go back to PayPal and do what I need to do.

Id say thats a pretty quick response.
 
When I was waiting on sticks they responded pretty quickly when messaged on IG, helped with the anticipation lol
 
Latest from their Facebook page: Good Afternoon. I just wanted to give an update on the Ions, as we are behind on our projected ship date. We are wrapping up some things and pushing forward as fast as we can. It's no one's fault that we are behind other than our selves. I apologize for the massive delay. I should know a more definitive ship date before to long. Thank you all, and again, sorry for the delays.
