I've made it all, shot and stuck and gutted the hogs also worked the hogs up, then vacuum sealed it all and cured the ham. Also the cheese could possibly be from milk from my dairy farm. I cant get you boys any more farm to table other than this unless you just be my neighbor. God bless all of you and thanks for being a friend on SH. Thank you too squirrel for SH.
