I would have thought deer might be repelled by coffee smell. If everyone is shooting deer with a cup of coffee maybe coffee beans in pockets would attract them.

Deer alert to odor that they associate with human contact. Body odor, gas exhaust, etc.. not foreign odors like coffee and human food. Just had five walk under me within a yard of the tree and i had a donut in my mouth lol

I snagged this at big lots. That little ring right there folds out and you can clip it on your biner. Never have to hold it. Works perfect

Talking about a thermos holder instead of a dump pouch on a side (doesn’t have to be right, but is as I am right handed). Once you use your rope, straps, etc. out of that pouch you use it to hold your morning coffee by leaving it unzipped and slipping your cup in/out. Sorry for the confusion on how a thermos pouch would work. LOL
