Cruzr Mini Seeker platform?

Mine got delivered yesterday. I love that it’s almost the exact same size as my predator and has the angled front. Haven’t had it in the tree yet but first impressions are positive.
One thing I will say is that the casting looks average. There is some pitting, obviously nothing that will cause integrity issue, but it doesn’t look the best. Anyone else that got one, how does yours look?

I agree. If memory serves correct, the predator I had years ago was much “cleaner” looking. I’m starting to think they may have accepted the ones they stated “they didn’t like the quality of”
I wish I had screen shot that comment from IG before it was taken down. (Or so I think it was) but strength and integrity is the most important thing to me at the end of the day.

I took a few pictures of the pitting. Again nothing is detrimental, the only one that really bothers me is the attachment knob. Tomorrow I’ll post some pictures overlaying my predator to show how close they are in size.

I used mine yesterday morning from about 5:30 am till noon. I absolutely love it. I see no reason to keep the regular seeker for myself personally because I will keep using the mini. It was extremely comfortable and very packable. I have used and own a predator, seeker and ring of steps and my new mini is hands down my favorite. I gave my predator platform to my brother for his birthday yesterday and will probably sell my regular seeker. The ring of steps was my least favorite of them all.

Mine looks cleaner then that one, I wouldn’t say it’s like a gen3 predator but it’s almost like my original seeker.
I also seen they were out of stock.

I’ll have to look at mine for the pitting, honestly I didn’t notice it at all and it definitely didn’t affect its function yesterday
I had a predator a few years back. Is there a photo of the predator and mini seeker on top of one another? I could honestly do without this angle on the mini. I’d rather just a flat platform. I’ll give some better feedback in a couple days.
I’ll post a few tonight.

My mini seeker also has some pitting, worse than the Predator XL I was using previously. I actually don’t love the angle as much as I thought I would. Maybe it just takes some times out in the woods to see the benefit. Also noticed some squeaking when camming, the same kind I got rid of on the Predator with some bow wax. So the jury is still out for me if I’ll like this more than the Predator XL.
Also got a Cruzr XC to replace my phantom, and it did feel a little better, but I guess that’s from it having so much more area than the phantom. Not sure about the leg straps, may just cut those off.

Just unboxed this thing….it’s not winning any beauty contests, and doesn’t look as “clean” as my Seeker, but it’ll definitely hunt.

Bummer on the quality of all of ours so far. Since it has pitting, do you think there’s anything internally going on to mess with the integrity of these platforms?
