Dont laugh at me. But I just got my cruzr saddle kit. And this is my first saddle. Which rope is the tether? The big one? I hope so. But the thin black rope still seems thin for a linemans rope.

11mm olive 8’ tether

8mm black 8’ LB

I can’t post in that section for some reason

You need to be a member to post there, anyone can read but posting in the vendor section comes w the $15 yearly membership. As well as making classified threads, being in the hunting contest, etc

I also just got my Cruzr saddle kit. I upgraded to the olympix (misspelled) ropes. I do have a question. The loops are premade. They look like they are folded over and a piece of shrink wrap over the loop ends (no knot). I'm sure they are safe, just a little un nerving trusting my life to this. I love the saddle, just concerned over the premade loops.

I do not have those ropes, but.... In a set up like the the eyes are sewn and then shrink wrap over top. Look closely for a large sewn section. That is how they build the lines.
