Dehydrating book recommendation

My wife got me a nice Weston dehydrator for Christmas. Looking for a recommendation for a good book to take me beyond the basic jerky/snack stick recipes. I’m interested in drying fruits, vegetables, and herbs as well as meat.

Thank you

Charcuterie by Michael Ruhlman, Jerky: The Fatted Calf's Guide by Taylor Boetticher, The Meateater Fish and Game Cookbook by Rinella has a few good recipes.

Also, do some digging on Hank Shaw's page https://honest-food.net/?s=dehydrator . The Carne Seca is awesome, flexible, and simple. I like to shred mine for snacking in the saddle.

I'll check my bookshelf for more recommendations when I get home from the day job, I recently started a side business selling seasoning mixes for sausages/jerky/etc and have a whole row of reference materials. Those are the three that stick out in my mind from the collection.
