Good job! Sponges and loofahs do great for camo. The last paint project I did was with crinkled up grocery bags, also a great option.

THIS IS STOOOOOOOPID EASY!!!

Just finished adding color to mine using dark brown, green, tan, and a shower poof. Took me all of 15 minutes. I can't believe how well it turned out! Waiting on it to dry before adding the clear coat.

So thankful to @rhodesvt for posting his picture! Really gave me the motivation to paint mine.

Awesome man!!! Glad to hear! Please post some pics!

hey Red, what is that webbing doing in the stick slits? That’s not an aider hanging from there? It seems sketchy to me if it is.
It is sir. Not the normal configuration though. I pushed it behind the second step (from the bottom) so that you could see more of the paint on the stick since that was originally the point of the picture. Normally I would have the aider running over the second step and in front of both the second and first steps. The aider is tied in a water knot on the back side. I can post more pictures if you like.

i see now. This is probably ok since the aider is squeezing the stick, mostly and not pushing out against the thin metal as i was initially worried about. Sorry for the alarm.
