I've been working off and on all summer on this thing and, with season coming up in less than 3 weeks, closing on a house the end of the month and a baby coming next week I knew I needed to hurry up and get this thing done!:tearsofjoy: Originally it was going to be another folding leg platform based off the tree suit style, but it wouldnt work like I wanted it to, and I didnt want the water jet piece to go to waste, so I did some heavy modifications and turned it into a klemz style. Anyways it's not done, I plan to either drill out the solid post to lighten it some, or may mill it out on the sides to make it I beam shaped but for now it works good. I wanted to play with the versa button location and try different heights before I got after it like a wood pecker :tearsofjoy: but it worked out just right. I went and strapped it on a tree and hung out for about 30 minutes and think its going to work out great! Cam locks solid and no shifting at all. My phone was to dead to use the flash, but I'll try to take some pics in a day or two of to on a tree.Screenshot_20190912-210656_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20190912-210650_Gallery.jpg

Mind explaining the issues with the way it was before with the nested folding legs?
Sure. I was planning to mill out most of the aluminum out and leave about 1/4"x 1" section on each side for the leg stops. Well in doing so it would have only gave the legs about 1/2" to fold into when folded up, but in order to do that the bolt holes would have to be offset to one side of the leg. Then with the hole offset i was going to have to redo some of the stop in order for the leg to fold up and down correctly. I just decided I didnt want to speed that much time and headache to try and make it work this close to season. Maybe mess with it again come spring time. I'll hunt my other one and this one a good bit and see which i like better

Here it is strapped to tree and cam locked tight. Top bracket and bottom both dig in good, I still want to try an xop 6 point or lone wolf batwing on the top to see if they'd work any better.Screenshot_20190913-222813_Gallery.jpg
