My question is this... Is the free version worth using? I have Huntstand (free edition) and it is okay. I have been hearing things about OnX and wondered if it was any good.
Thanks. I appreciate itI definitely think it’s worth it, I know some people have complaints (by region) but but Maryland, Missouri & Virginia have been accurate for me
That's really helpful, thanksI switched to OnX from other apps this season. I like it best so far. Free versions are all the same IMO. They don’t really honor what the apps are capable of. Use the code “THP” for OnX and just get the year subscription. It’s way more worth it for $24. A common phrase on here is “how much more money have you wasted on worthless hunting gear?” I can say OnX is a $24 you won’t miss.
my auto renewal is next month... worth every penny. On X just auto renewed on me last week.....so that means I've been using it a year and I love it.
I'd like to hear/see more sometime of your approach to using On X in the Appalachian Mountains and what you look for on a map and on the ground in the offseason. I don't see a lot of mountain hunters on youtube!I can’t imagine hunting without OnX now. I use it continuously when I am on public land. Very good tool to have!
