Don't knock it until you try it

When I was younger and my then girlfriend now wife would go to the theater she would get nachos and I would get sour patch kids, started off as a joke but turned out to be really good…….dip the sour patch kids in the nacho cheese. Yummy movie snack.

Brown sugar in coffee

When I was doing Atkins, I ate a lot of tuna salad made with mustard, onions, and dill relish. It was actually pretty decent.

One of my dad's comfort food dinners is white rice, canned salmon, and shredded cabbage dressed with lemon and salt. I'll have it now and again and reminisce.

Sounds strange but I love it (and anyone I can get to try it seems to love it as well)

Toasted bread peanut butter, banana and pickle sandwich

scrapple. its ( i think) a PA local delicacy. years ago one of my sisters rando BFs introduced me to it and it changed my life. now i save all the hearts and livers from the deer i take and once a year my better half goes to the trouble of making scrapple loafs. makes the house stink to high heavens but lord a thick slice of scrapple fried in butter on the cast iron served over grits or with a hunk of crusty baguette is hard to beat.

I don't consider them weird but I get sideways looks every so often..... ovalteen on vanilla ice cream... I don't care what u say, ovalteen is the best chocolate milk powder... also.... lettuce sandwich... just bread...mayo some salt and a couple iceberg leaves...
thats wild. as a kid my mom would pack me a lettuce sandwich for school lunch. she'd cut the crunchiest part of the iceberg head close to the heart and slather the bread with mayo. i loved it!

Do you have a strange food combo?
Maybe it's popular in a other area?
Does not have to be game..
I have one curious if anyone else has tried it or likes it. Stumbled upon it by accident.

I eat my rice with BBQ sauce (sweet baby Ray's), mayo, and pepper..
It happened with rice, chicken, and BBQ sauce for the chicken.. sometimes I would put Mayo and BBQ together for the chicken.. when the chicken was gone, the sauce and rice got mixed.. It was strange, but really like it.. the pepper seems to give it an extra something.

What do you guys got?
Armadilo stew

Love pepper jelly!!!

We Western New Yorkers are blessed with some great cultural foods like Sahlens or Wardinsky's hotdogs, Bison Brand French Onion Chip Dip (only made in Buffalo), of Course Buffalo Style Chicken wing using the Anchor Bar original recipe of Franks Red Hot and melted butter, and my absolute favorite, "Beef on Wick" which is Roast beef on a kimmelwick bun with the aus jus sauce and the meanest horseradish you can take. Nothing like it. Also our classic Haddock fish fry. Then the more ethnic derived stuff that my kids think is gross, like Head cheese, Duck Soup, Blood Sausage, Pickled Herring, most people think this stuff is disgusting. To me, it's a normal progression from when food wasn't wasted and every bit of it was used including the fats.

Man reading this comment brings back memories. I’m hungry now

Anyone else like plain, cold baked potatoes? So good
