Exodus Render Not transmitting Pictures

I have a less than year old exodus render that won’t Transmit pictures. And I have been trying to get in touch with exodus for 3 weeks now with no luck. Multiple emails, phone calls and FB message with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get in touch with them??
 
Good luck getting in touch with them, I had a bad experience with em. Won’t be getting anymore money from me
 
Interesting.... i'm having the same issue with moultrie!
