As title states ExOfficio has a new bugs away like that is treated to keep off skeeters and ticks and is supposed to be lightweight and breathable. Might interest you swampy types(@Nutterbuster)
It’s a bit pricy but they have sales often and I’d you’re LEO/Military or govt employee they have a 50% discount. I’ve used their gear in the past and found it to be excellent. Their skivvies are top notch.
 
I had some clothing from cabela's that had the same treatment built into the fabric. It washes out much quicker than they say it will. Much easier imo to just treat your clothing with Sawyers permithrin every 6 weeks or so and skip on buying new clothes.
