Not my idea, saw it on podium are here but it turned my ez green into a powered press!! I wish I knew where he got his draw board. I’d like to have one. 63AA5B17-427A-44E1-856D-B900B70C7BEB.jpeg

Do not use an impact. The threads are not made to take that. A cordless drill would be much better, not impact. This will lead to damage of the nut or threaded rod.

My impact works just fine. The impact does not actually impact when using it on the press, it operates just like a cordless drill. There is not enough resisitance even when pressing the bow to actually make it impact.

That’s the draw board I have. The picture I posted is of my setup. Josh Jones with podium archery has the draw board I was referring to.
I don't know but I'd like to know that too. A vertical draw board would be relatively easy to make with a 2x4, a boat winch and a turnbuckle for micro adjustments. Screw it to vertical stud but holding the bow when you get started would be a little cumbersome.

He made the draw board. I’m going to see if he will give me dimensions. I can do the welding.
