Favorite Broadhead for Hickory Creek Mini In-Line Vertical Crossbow?

For those of you who have experience using the manufacturer's stock arrows with the Hickory Creek Mini In-Line Vertical Crossbow, have you tried more than one broadhead? Which one do you prefer, and why? The purpose of my question is not to start a debate on terminal performance - it's to understand which broadhead gave you stable arrow flight and solid accuracy with stock arrows using this crossbow. If you also have experience with terminal performance using broadheads with the stock arrows and the Mini, by all means - share it. Looking for your personal experience, though ... not a debate!

Thanks for that info. Any thoughts on preference between the two?

Not especially. I've never been picky about broadheads. Rage, Montec, Muzzy, NAP, Magnus, Ramcat...whatever. I think folks over think it. Make sure you follow whatever the manufacturer's guidelines are, keep it sharp, mount it square, and make sure it flies and hits. I usually designate one as the sacrificial practice head, shoot it a few times to make sure it's with the field tips or close enough, and save it as the last one to shoot.

Plenty of smart folks have spent plenty of time making sure that pretty much any broadhead you buy will work. Don't buy knock-offs, inspect them to make sure they're not visually off, maybe weigh them, and shoot them. Simple.

If you can weasel your way onto prostaff and get free stuff, shoot that. Or buy whatever's easy and affordable. Save the time and brain power for other things.

Sounds like fairy good advice.
