So took my aerohunter saddle out on its first trip up a tree to hunt maryland for sika deer. Being new I still don't have everything dialed in exactly so had to be constantly adjusting. After a couple hours in the deer I hear a deer coming to my right that's to @g2outdoors for his videos on shooting out of a saddle because I had to shoot the weak side shot for my first hunting situation shooting. I position for the shot and shot a big hind. I waited about 15-20 min and a spike velvet stag came in to 30 yards and presented a shot. Both firsts for me came on friday the 13th. First sika and first saddle kill

Rock on!

Being a little uncomfortable is normal. It takes a little while to get everything worked out in your system. I call it getting in saddle shape. You'll get there!

Congrats on the sika deer. I can't wait to go after those swamp ghosts.

Nice! I’m getting more intrigued by sika every day. We have some of your trickle-over population here in DE, but I’ve only seen them once, and not while hunting. They’re legal game here, just gotta find them. Congrats!
