First Tactacam pics

The firmware brick is not a problem for most, but common enough for them to discuss it and plan for it. I woukd update the camera that is not working as well as my guinea pig! I have found their sensors are focused a little different than other brands and had to adjust the angle more on the tree when i install them, yours may be related.
in what way does yours need to be adjusted?

They seem to be a little more sensitive to the angle on the tree, more focused. I generally put mine about 10-14 ft up and test them before I leave them. Getting them pointed down at the just right angle by putting a stick behind them and getting a trigger everytime at the main target spot has been the key for me. Some other brands are less focused and don't seem to matter as much on the angle.

Thanks. I found mine, although awesome, to be either having a short range, or being very sensitive to the aim angle.

Found the Reveals right before Christmas and wow these things are a hard camera to find. Ended up picking one up on the Bay for way more than $99.... I was just able to put it out near my house (Urban hunt area) and this thing is awesome! I'm going to move it this weekend to my property and see if I can catch anything cool on camera.

Let the scouting begin!
