I just ordered a solitude two days ago and was told around 3 weeks. So either that means we should all get them within 3 weeks or he is yanking my chain.
I sent a text to the number on the website and heard back. This was a few days ago. Felt bad being a bother, but it worked.I ordered a saddle and several other items from them about 3 weeks ago myself. When I first called or e-mailed them to ask questions they were very responsive, however, it seems after they took my money they stopped answering me. I've been trying for a week to reach them to make a slight adjustment to my order so I left several messages when I called and sent several e-mails but haven't heard back. Hopefully their product is not as bad as their customer service. Anyone else able to reach them right now?
No kidding, that’s aggressive!I think he's a one man band. Quit his day job and started making saddles. His wife gives him the orders in the morning an he sews all day.
Last week I went back fourth with a few emails. They were very good at responding & explained that they are waiting on a few things to come in. They apologized for the delays. His wife said they were working around the clock to resolve it.

Got email mine is in build and should ship by end of week, that was Tuesday, not heard more.
