I just ordered a solitude two days ago and was told around 3 weeks. So either that means we should all get them within 3 weeks or he is yanking my chain.
 
I ordered a saddle and several other items from them about 3 weeks ago myself. When I first called or e-mailed them to ask questions they were very responsive, however, it seems after they took my money they stopped answering me. I've been trying for a week to reach them to make a slight adjustment to my order so I left several messages when I called and sent several e-mails but haven't heard back. Hopefully their product is not as bad as their customer service. Anyone else able to reach them right now?

I sent a text to the number on the website and heard back. This was a few days ago. Felt bad being a bother, but it worked.
 
Last week I went back fourth with a few emails. They were very good at responding & explained that they are waiting on a few things to come in. They apologized for the delays. His wife said they were working around the clock to resolve it.
 
Do they make them in house? I am curious what kind of production level they are capable of. Maybe I can get a part time gig making saddles, they're apparently just one county over lol
 
I think he's a one man band. Quit his day job and started making saddles. His wife gives him the orders in the morning an he sews all day.

I sent an email about the suspenders I ordered. Nothing back. I just want to make sure he received the order as I never got a confirmation email.

It seems like they need to hire someone to handle customer service. It’s been over 3 weeks since I ordered. At this point if I don’t hear back soon I’ll probably just file a claim with PayPal to get my money back.

I ain't gonna lie, you guys are making me nervous. My last email from them was on Sept. 23rd. I'm just really hoping that they are just swamped making saddles & pouches
 
I just got a reply in two days. When I checked the date it wasn't week...it was a long two days, whoops :grimacing:
 
Anybody have any updates or receive anything?

I did receive a reply as well but it was pretty useless. They basically just said “We’re very busy” and gave me absolutely no indication when they expect to ship my order. It’s been about one month since I ordered. I’ve tried to contact them several times again but they went back to not replying.

Holy crap, you ordered a whole month before me and they’re just now getting to yours. Yea I think I’m gonna go ahead and cancel, the season will be over before I get this gear. He told me 2-3 weeks when I ordered.

Yours may be faster, not sure, I was told there was a delay in material orders and some stuff they finally got did not meet their quality standards, not sure.
