Canceled my order yesterday. For reference I ordered August 17th and sent a follow up email mid-september and was told it should have shipped by the end of the month.
I got a response the next day saying the refund would go through within the next 24 hours. It took a little over two days but I did get the full refund. Super bummed about the whole process but was able to find a killer deal on a like new TX5 so it all worked out.How was the refund process?
I got a little frustrated waiting, but I have to say in hind sight it was worth the wait. In the past with other saddles, I’ve always felt like constant adjustments were needed to stay comfortable or if I didn’t have my platform and tether just right it wouldn’t be comfortable. The solitude has solved those issues. I’ve been comfortable in a variety of set ups all season and haven’t had to make many adjustments. I’ve had a good season with it too killing two deer with my longbow and one with a shotgun.
