Canceled my order yesterday. For reference I ordered August 17th and sent a follow up email mid-september and was told it should have shipped by the end of the month.
 
Not trying to gang bang, and give them the benefit. But ...
Was told note sure what what happened but seems they are not sure what happened to my order, maybe lost.
But I can sure show you they cashed my money.

I got a response the next day saying the refund would go through within the next 24 hours. It took a little over two days but I did get the full refund. Super bummed about the whole process but was able to find a killer deal on a like new TX5 so it all worked out.
 
I was informed that mine was supposed to ship this week. I emailed them Tuesday and got an immediate response sating some of the webbing they got in was not what they ordered and are waiting for the right stuff to come in.

It seems they have had a nightmare of a time getting materials in.

For reference, I ordered mid September, so its been about 2.5 months.
 
I was told 12/9 for mine ordered on 9/26…I’m skeptical but I guess I’ve waited this long. In the meantime I’ve become satisfied with the saddle I’m using so I will likely sell the solitude. After waiting this long I can’t bring myself to cancel though lol.

I got a little frustrated waiting, but I have to say in hind sight it was worth the wait. In the past with other saddles, I’ve always felt like constant adjustments were needed to stay comfortable or if I didn’t have my platform and tether just right it wouldn’t be comfortable. The solitude has solved those issues. I’ve been comfortable in a variety of set ups all season and haven’t had to make many adjustments. I’ve had a good season with it too killing two deer with my longbow and one with a shotgun.

Thats a damn good season. You've killed more deer than ive seen lol.
 
@goody94. Today is 12/9, any word on your saddle?
Nothing yet, but there are still 8 hours left in the day... I'm not getting my hopes up though. If I don't hear anything by Monday I am going to cancel my order.

No hard feelings, but I texted with the owner at the end of September and was told it would take 3 weeks from then and it is now approaching 3 months. That is not right.
 
I received an email yesterday that my saddle has shipped. I ordered mine August 3rd
