Fletching With Feathers

I see that but I would take them back and order online. Then he could get the length and color he likes. If it were me I would buy a chopper in the size I would want and get full length feathers .
I’m fine with 4”, I think they’ll be alright and they are the color I wanted. I don’t want to fool with full length and chopping just yet. Maybe one day I’ll collect my own turkey feathers and have at it.

It's a little work making your own turkey feathers . I use to do it but it's easier for me to buy full length feathers and cut them.
 
Not too much more for the full length from what I see
 
What I meant buy making your own was get some turkey feathers and stripe the quill with a knife and the sand the quill down so they look like ones you buy so you can cut them and fletch them.
