What size needles are you using for the tera 40 and also for the V-92 thread?

Thanks!

I’ll probably try and make this next. Man you have great diy threads! It’s super nice of you to leave links to all the supplies as well.

After the transformer clone, this one is super easy. Hit me up for measurements or questions.

Not off hand. I laid a piece out with clips along the entire saddle and then marked it to length accounting for the over lap. I can get you my measurement tomorrow for mine. It will slightly bigger than a size 1.
I don’t know how close the kestrel and kestrel flex were as far as webbing but my size 2 kestrel has a 1.75” outer webbing that is roughly 88” and has a 6 inch over lap so the final continuous loop is 82”

My clone size 1.5 ended up with 83.5" length with a 5.5" overlap so a 78" loop.

Best part about making your own saddle. Make the length to fit you the best. I used triglides to play around with the lengths before sewing.
