Freshening up a bag target bullseye?

I've got several targets and one is a Hurricane bag target. Seems like a few years ago I tried spray paint to freshen up the bullseye, but I think it didn't want to stick very well. The surface of the bag didn't like it. Any suggestions for using a rattle can?

I use a 2x2 square of duct tape. Then i can move it to different spots on the bag target, to not shoot out one spot. Then when it gets torn up from shooting it, just rip another piece off the roll. Works great. Got a better brand tape, so it was more sticky. Believe it was gorilla tape.

That's a good idea. I recently used duct tape to tape a small white square of paper to it. Tape alone would be half the effort.
