Fried Hot Wings

Those look pretty good. I don't cook them (kinda irritates me how priceybtjey are considering how little meat you get) but the wife does. She's alway fried them, then baked them for a few minutes to crisp them up. She said she'll try your technique next time.
 
Do you just eat them plain or are these type of wings you eat with ranch or blue cheese?
 
Man that looks good. I noticed your sous chef wasn't far from the food(in case something should fall his way).
