Great reviews for new guys

MADhunts I bought my webbing straps from Dano . You can use the straps on the wildedge step just by looping them onto the step I sewed mine onto the step. It is faster and easier putting the step on the tree because it is easier to adjust the strap just a little bit instead of fighting adjusting the knot on the rope just right. It also cams over much more secure to the tree.

@petek has a video on him doing his and using it on the tree.

mejer, thank you for the information! This is great! I've decided to go with a platform this year because I run and gun so many different trees/tree diameters and was getting frustrated with finding "the sweet spot" in rope tension and wasting 20 minutes getting set up. I'll see if I can't find the video by @petek! Thanks again!

Very well done thanks for your time I am new to the site and still undecided on a saddle or the jx3. It’s the climbing up the tree that makes me nervous

Thank you, PJQ! I appreciate that! What method of climbing are you using? Sticks, WE, squirrel steps, SRT, DRT? Climbing up isn't bad once you practice a few times.
