can you try something for me? paint the edge with a felt tip marker and put it on a sharpening stone for a couple passes. Then let me know what your findings are or post a pic. There is a reason each batch doesnt meet their specs. You might be able to visually see the error if you look down the edge too if you have a good eye. For example, my last batch all had the same fault: there was a big dip in the middle of the bevel ill take a pic to show when i get home later.Thought I'd post this here for anyone curious. I'd say for the price these are a good value - definitely not something to be afraid of making ready for hunting. The ones I received I would describe as deadly but not surgical.
