Guide Light Frame back panel

Nice job!!!I really like it. Did you make the frame or is it from MR? I'm looking at doing the same thing but complete diy job.

Great looking project. If you have time, please post progress pics for the pack you're making. I would really like to see what you come up with.

I basically have the plans for the pack done, just need to decide on what materials/patterns I want. It will basically be a Kifaru Muskeg clone with some tweaks.

Fold over snow collar lid
3 horizontal compression straps (climbing sticks)
2 vertical compression straps (platform/stand)
1 lid strap (camera arm)
Zippered front sleeve pocket
Elastic bottom side pockets

I think I may try something similar. I have a Beartooth pack with the new Mystery Ranch frame, and wish it had better attachment points and standard buckles. This solves that issue.

New hip belt sleeves so I can run hip belt pouches. Really can't see why mystery ranch thought it was fine to use just the belt, everytime you loosened the belt the pouches just flopped everywhere. If I had to guess i would say thats one of the main reasons they came out with the new guide lite mt frame only a year later

@FletchDeep

Here's something else to think about. I roughly rigged up my Treehouse pack to my Guide Light MT frame. The semi rigid foam sandwiched in the panels makes this thing awesome in the tree.
