HAHAHAHAHA!!!

For one - I personally hate seeing deer killed on the road. It is a terrible way for anything to die.
Two - It is not a "she". It's a buck just beginning to start his new set of antlers.
Three - The bald stripes are along the spine and shoulders, probably where the animal skidded along the pavement after being hit by the vehicle. The boney areas will sustain the most 'road rash'...

Not sure about that. Never seen peticle growth look like that, and only on one side. That lump is almost as big as “it’s“ ear.C1D01275-4A45-400F-A9B9-3517DB49C087.jpeg

Someone trying to get a backstrap for dinner? It's grilling season!
As somebody who has collected his fair share of roadkill deer, the first cut I make is along the spine like that. Probably made the cut and caught a whiff of something he figured wasn't worth the risk of food-poisoning. I've done it.

You shoot a pile of wild game, plus collect road kill.... When was the last time you purchased meat at the store??

Could have broken one of them off in the crash. I’ve seen that before. Half rack attached. Half rack shattered with pieces splayed out across the road. It happens!
