hand warmer muffs & saddles

I guess I'm boring because I use a muff with waist belt as it was intended. I just put it above my saddle and turn it backwards when walking/climbing, then pull it around front to use with a hand warmer. I mostly lean so its at perfect height and not in the way.

Why not just run the belt from the muff's through your lineman's loops or bridge loops?

We use Canadian buttons on our muffs with 2 prussik loops. The loops get girth hitched to the bridge and then wrapped around the buttons on the muff. Castration bands to tighten them down.

I have a windproof cabelas one, run the waist strap through my bridge loops. I sit mostly so it’s right where I need it to be.

however when standing it’s a little bit lower than I would like but it’s never in the way of my bridgeC chest Bino pack, bridge or shot process

I use the Sitka muff with great success (for me). I clip it on backwards with the strap above my flip line and reattach it on the front under my bridge at height. This allows me to keep it out of the way in both directions and when needing shooting space.

i clip mine to the bottom of my bino harness, its the perfect height, stays above my bridge and doesnt get in the way of anything

I was hanging the other day in my Sanctuary bibs and the leg cargo pockets were the perfect height and if your want you can add warmers to them. They have the zipper and slip pocket so choice your poison on which to use.
