Hawk ROS

I almost pulled the trigger but how many steps do I need? I have Atleast a dz squirrel steps

Nice. Please do weigh them. I'm particularly interested in the weight of a single Hawk step without any strap.

Could start with the four pack. You're a great reviewer with your base of knowledge so it would be interesting.

I ordered a set to try a few on my platform strap. Used bullman steps last year and the steps would rotate as put the strap around the tree. Not a huge deal ,but less hassle while setting up if these work out. Also looks like these will keep the strap closer to the tree. I had issues keeping the standoff bracket planted to the tree with the bullman steps at 3 and 9 o clock on the platform cam strap.

Something I have noticed on these steps versus all others is the angle bump out on the back side of the step. It's something to catch on the tree for side pressure and kind of sets the step when weighted.

What are yall using to quiet them down when packing them in and out. Some kind of vet wrap or skin?

These are on sale at Midway USA for $49.99 and they also gave me some sort of a birthday discount code so I had to pull the trigger on them for $37 before shipping…first ring of steps so I’m excited to try them out.
