This looks like they could be good replacement parts for the hawk sticks. I haven't used them myself and there might be a better alternative out there but I think urethane is a durable product.

I would be interested in knowing how well they work. I broke three of mine and am looking for an alternative way to hold them together

I originally broke mine too. When I was sent replacement parts for free I used a razor blade to slightly shave the inside ridge off of the female cup and no more issue. They hold together great now and come apart easily and quietly.
