Heated Insoles??

The thermacell heated insoles are very thick. Unless you have tall boots your feet are pressed against the top of you boots. They heat well for three hours no matter what in my experience then your feet get colder than they would without them being in there. I usually wear a size 12 boot and was using these in a size 14 and still had issues with how thick they are. Being so tight against the edge of your boot, your feet get colder than they would without them.

This has been my experience with them as well. In high volume boots they may perform better, but battery life is pretty poor, especially for what they cost.

Using mine for the first time this morning as I type this. Not bitter cold today but the temp is at a point where my feet would normally be cold...they are not even chilled. Feet feel like I am at home in the recliner. I have the green ones. Wearing uninsulated lace up boots and a light to medium merino sock.
