No need to miss nap time. Get a JX3 and nap all you want! Thanks for the welcome. More Minnesotan's than I was expecting! I'm in the SW metro (Carver Co). I've got access to some farmland but it isn't spectacular so I've been doing MBRB (Org in the twin cities metro that does deer removal with volunteer archers) with my climber and it was limiting me on exactly what tree I wanted to be in. I was fairly quick with the climber but I can see the saddle is going to be much faster quieter and less effort. I think I will miss the lazy boy aspect when it comes to nap time though!
I'm practicing saddle in the yard until I get more used to the system. Amazing all the things you don't think about until you're out there scratching your head! I've got some ladder stands up on the farmland until then.
So this is another one of those sites where we spend other peoples money then! OK, that is interesting... more research required. No need to miss nap time. Get a JX3 and nap all you want!
Yeah? I have been hunting the Kelleher (Burnsville) hunt the past few years but decided to take this year off MBRB all together. I think this is the 1st year they are allowing saddles across the board, right?Nice. I had my first weekend with MBRB this past weekend.
Why didn't they allow saddles, safety reasons?Yeah? I have been hunting the Kelleher (Burnsville) hunt the past few years but decided to take this year off MBRB all together. I think this is the 1st year they are allowing saddles across the board, right?
Ah nice. I’ve been wanting to try that one, but can never qualify as sharpshooter when it counts! I’ve hunted Cleary the last 4 years. I’m in apple valley so both are close.Yeah?
