Hello Everyone, new member from South Western Ontario.

Looking at getting into saddle hunting this fall. I have already taken advantage of a ton of the information here and want to thank you all for making it available.

Hoping to be outfitted and practicing at the end of the month ( unless I fill my turkey tags sooner)

I hunt because views like this are best experienced first hand.

@gettingstarted, I was in your area back in February. My boy had his last hocey tournament of the season in East Gwillimbury. If you ever head west to London let me know, maybe we can meet up for a coffee/beer.

Thanks Steve_Eh. No not yet. I had the money ready to go but unfortunately an unexpected truck repair that was not covered under warranty set me back $1400.00. I know what I want from a nearby supplier ( might even be you) but have to gather some more scratch together before I can pull the trigger.

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, definitely blessed to have the hunting we do in this area. Although we seem to be losing land way too quickly to development. I'm a little nervous about what it will be like in another decade.
