Help find a dump pouch/SYS

My Thethred SYS is falling apart after a couple seasons and there's things I don't like about it. Help me find a replacement.

Size of the SYS is perfect. I store my tethers (2) in it, the bottom cam strap for my platform, my bow rope, and two hooks.

I attach it to my saddle with a mini biner as I don't like those Molle clip things on the SYS. So I need that configuration to work. I walk in wearing my saddle and clip the pouch to my saddle to climb. I don't know how people can tolerate the flippy floppy pouch flopping all over the flipping place while walking.

What I don't like - one thing, but it's really annoyed me. The opening needs to be more rigid to be able to put stuff in one-handed. I tried to do a DIY mod to my SIS to address this that may or may not have caused said failure. That nylon fabric they use at the top is pretty wussy stuff.

Fabric could be mesh or something else soft and quiet (fleece?). Cordura is a definite no.

Negative. Don't follow the gear side of SH very closely these days. Just looking for a collection of ideas so I'll check those out. Thanks.

I have one pouch from Dano at doublesteps.com. https://doublesteps.com/product/fleece-rope-pouch/. Love it for holding my doyles retractable line. I also have two belt pouches from Kifaru. These are tough, and hold my ropes and whatever else I want. However they are expensive...41.00 each, but I've had them now for three years running and they are still perfect...and I'm not gentle on my items.

My TX5 pouches are the bomb. I clip my dump pouches on when I begin to ascend and keep in my pack till I hit the tree. I am not a huge fan of wrestling with the molle loops in the dark. These quick attach clips work phenomenal.

Never even heard of TX5 but that attachment system is exactly what I never knew I needed. All I can find is a facebook page.

I believe the latitude outdoors guys have a dump pouch that might be worth a look.

I like the idea of putting on the pouches before climbing. I wear my saddle in and am not a huge fan of stuff hanging off it either.

Will the TX5 be big enough for 40’ of oplux rappel rope, safeguard, and caribinere? I just started one sticking about 2 weeks ago and I’m looking fo gear that works.

I kept both of my Tethrd Sys Haulers after I sold my Mantis because I agree, the sizing is perfect but after only two seasons mine are starting to fall apart too. Nothing major but the fold over of the top material where the cinch cord is located is starting to fray and once it gets to the sewn hem, I'm not sure it will continue to hold up like I believe it should. I also have the EWO saddle cloth ones but haven't used them yet but I have used the EWO fleece doyles pouch and that has help up well so far using the molle straps through my molle loops on my Tactisaddle.
